What JHAT Provides for Weddings:

Ceremony - 1-2 instrumental musicians (Harp, Flute, Acoustic Guitar and/or Piano). 

Sound System - discreet, wireless, extra system for your officiant 

Cocktail Hour - 4-6 piece small combo if the cocktail hour is in the same room, or the band can play in one room and run a separate speaker to a nearby location to pipe in the bands music to the cocktail hour location)

 

Other Cocktail hour options -  1-2 musicians; flute, harp, guitar, piano/keyboards, vocals with musicians, or vocals with pre-recorded music.  DJHat (pre-recorded). We easily work with any venue!

 

 

Reception - full band with full sound reinforcement and stage/dance floor Light Show (Uplighting available) 

 

Master of Ceremonies (EmCee) services 

Will emcee the entire reception as well as your first dance, parent dances and cake cutting, bouquet toss and all other traditions - we basically run the show for you so you don't have to worry! 

A personalized wedding music coordinator...A personalized wedding music coordinator... We make sure to plan all the details with you to help make your day magical!

Once your booking is confirmed and deposit received, we will send a planning sheet/questionnaire for the the preferences of your reception, ceremony (if desired), and cocktail hour (if desired). With this, we can begin putting together the details of your day. We will work with you (and your planner, if applicable) to make sure we have your special songs learned or cued up and that your timeline is in order. Leading up to the big day, we will do a conference call or email (whichever you prefer) to confirm the final details!

With a library of thousands of songs and a Wi-Fi hotspot to find thousands more, the song possibilities are endless - VIRTUALLY ANY REQUEST IS POSSIBLE! We can handle all your special musical requests such as your First Dance, Parent Dances, Cake Cutting, Garter and/or Bouquet Toss and even an Anniversary Dance!    

Like the band, DJ-HAT can handle every music portion of your wedding including ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner music, and the reception. With vast experience and ability to read the crowd, our DJ's will keep the party hopping and the dance floor full for your entire reception! 

DJ-HAT has a standard price that includes everything that you should need! With DJ-HAT, you get the same great service JHAT is known for, but in a more compact and budget friendly package.
